Michelle Rodriguez has ‘gone both ways’

Michelle Rodriguez has publicly – and quite casually – confirmed that she is bisexual.

This post will, no doubt, make people want to comment with something like “I’ve known that all along” or “That’s news?”

Try and refrain. Those kind of comments are irritating to me and add nothing to the conversation.

The reason this is news is because it’s the first time Michelle has actually talked about her sexuality in an open and honest way.

She tells Entertainment Weekly that she has ‘gone both ways’ and is bisexual.

‘I do as I please,’ she says. ‘I am too f—ing curious to sit here and not try when I can. Men are intriguing. So are chicks.’

Michellecame to fame in 2000 in the film Girl Fight and has since gone on to appear in the films Avatar, Blue Crush and the Fast & Furious franchise as well as the TV series Lost.

Her next film is the upcoming release Machete Kills.

Lesbian rumors had swirled around Michelle throughout her career and as recently as two years ago she told a red carpet interviewer that “Michi like sausage.’

Now she tells EW: ‘I don’t talk about what I do with my vagina, and (the media is) all intrigued. I’ve never walked the carpet with anyone, so they wonder: What does she go with her vagina? Plus, I play a butchy girl all the time, so they assume I’m a lesbo.’

Then she adds: ‘Eh, they’re not too far off.’

One Remark

    Robert Kabwe says:

I’m with you Greg. Lets face it – we grew up told gay was bad, and TONS of public figures still do everything from passing homophobic legislation to plain silence to suing the pants off anyone who spills the beans. As long as those of us who grew up under these conditions are still here, this type of news is always welcome. PS good for her.
