Kathy Griffin responds on MSNBC to being called a 50-year-old bully amd “has-been” by Sarah Palin
I’m a few days late on this but did want to make sure and share it with you: Kathy Griffin visited MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell a few nights ago to respond to Sarah Palin calling her a “has-been comedian” and a “bully,” among other things.
“If you don’t know the difference between a joke and bullying… are you going to call the ghost of Johnny Carson a bully?” Kathy asked. “Are you going to call the entire cast of SNL bullies? That’s what comedians do, we make jokes about people, places and things.”
“She’s calling me a has-been comedian, but she’s a has-been governor.”
O’Donnell joked: “Have you ever quit halfway through a show?”
Kathy said she had to add to shows to her upcoming Broadway run (Kathy Griffin Wants a Tony) because of the Palin catfight.
