Kathy Griffin makes her debut as Norma Gay

I love that Kathy Griffin is using her humor to get the point across how wrong-headed the same-sex marriage opposition is.

The My Life on the D-List star, who never met a publicity stunt she didn’t like, had cameras for her reality show rolling in Sacramento on Monday at a rally.

Channeling Sally Field’s Norma Rae, she said: “I’ve got a few questions for those who supported Proposition 8. My question is a very profound one. What the fuck is it to you?…Why are people in this state, when we have so many things on our plate, we have a fiscal disaster going on, why does anyone even wasting their time with this issue? Why does anyone even care if gay people get married?..”
