It’s going to be a boy and a girl for expectant parents Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka!

A few days after Neil Patrick Harris revealed via Twitter that he and love David Burtka are going to be parents of twins, we learn that one baby is a boy and the other a girl, according to E! News.

I am loving how much coverage this is getting in the mainstream press. It’s been nearly four years ago that Neil had one of the classier public coming outs ever when he issued a statement that he is gay then simply got on with his life – a life that seems to have gotten even more extraordinary since then.

He’s up for three Emmys this month, directed a successful staging of Rent at Hollywood Bowl last weekend and now he’s going to be a daddy with the love of his life.
