  4. Paul all eating clean is just cutting out a lot of processed foods. Eating more whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean meats. The more stuff on a box be it dry goods, frozen ect…the more processed it is and unhealthy. As Freddie said this isn’t a diet but instead between exercising you become more mindful of what you put into your body.
