Happy Birthday to Richard Chamberlain!

The great star of The Thorn Birds, Shogun and Dr. Kildare (What? You expected me to mention The Towering Inferno?) turns 76 years young today!
Richard Chamberlain was pretty much off my radar until I saw a scene in Thorn Birds where he was dancing (it was the same party where Barbara Stanwyck kissed hiom on the lips then died) and he was just so HOT! From then on, I watched everything he ever did and was so glad when he came out publicly several years ago.
He continues to be busy in roles both straight and gay – including playing Felicity Huffman’s gay stepfather last season on Desperate Housewives and a politician in the big screen comedy I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry.

Dear Mr Chamberlain,
I felt in love for you when I was 12 years old and you played Dr Kildare at that time. Since then, I´ve been watching your movies
and you are still my favorite actor, after all these years. You are a special pewrson to me. I´ve just watched a dvd of Cinderela, and it reminded me to search in internet.I would like to thank you for all the amusement you´ve brought to me, and wish you a long life, health, hapiness, and that you can make more movies. You are still very handsome !
