Happy Birthday to a terrific trio: Adam Lambert, Sara Gilbert and Olympic legend Greg Louganis!

Adam Lambert, the hard-working singing star who came to fame on American Idol, turns 31 today.

Not sure what his plans are for the day but it will be hard to top his party at a nightclub over the weekend when he got a lap dance from cutie pie David Arquette!

Also celebrating a birthday today is diving champion-turned-actor Greg Louganis who won his first Olympic medal before Lambert was born (silver medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal). Louganis, who went on to win two gold medals at the 1984 Olymics and two more in 1988, turns 53 today.

And finally, wishing a happy birthday to Sara Gilbert who has successfully transitioned from sitcom star (Roseanne) to daytime talk show host (The Talk).
