Gay Star News: Did Nixon have gay relationship? Chaz Bono adjusts to single life and Ron Paul’s campaign strikes back
I’m very intrigued with the claims in a new book that former President Richard Nixon had a gay relationship with his close friend Charles ‘Bebe’ Rebozo.
The book, Nixon’s Darkest Secrets: The Inside Story of America’s Most Troubled President, is by Don Fulsom who covered the Nixon White House.

Other pieces I wrote for the site today include a follow-up to the controversy caused by anti-gay comments reportedly made by Presidential candidate Ron Paul. His campaign is trying to discredit a former aide who said this week that Paul was “personally uncomfortable” around gay people.
Also read about the flap caused by Chicago’s Cardinal Francis George who compared gay activists to the Ku Klux Klan while discussing why he doesn’t want next year’s Gay Pride Parade route to go by a Catholic Church located right outside the city’s gay Boystown neighborhood.
And finally, a newly-single Chaz Bono tweets about it being a bit lonely after arriving home from a ski trip.
