Friday Morning Man: Steve Kornacki!
Here I was thinking I like watching Anderson Cooper 360 just about every night because not only is The Silver Fox easy on the eyes, but he’s a terrific journalist.
But lately, I’ve lit up whenever Steve Kornacki the news editor for Salon, in on as a guest to talk about what the heck is going on in Washington whether it be Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, extended unemployment benefits or the failed Dream Act.
Kornacki is, let’s face it, also easy on the eyes, but he’s also really smart and he has a way of talking about an issue in a very clear and concise way as well as with confidence and authority.
You just get the feeling he knows what he’s talking about and knows the players and which way the wind is blowing.
Kornacki joined Salon earlier this year.
He has previously written about politics for the New York Observer and Roll Call, and his work has also appeared in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal and on the Daily Beast.
