Friday Morning Man: French twins Alexandre Carril and Victor Carril!

I’m not sure which twin is which, I’m not even gonna try!

These two guys, as you can see, are so damned good looking that a packed Outfest audience at the DGA theatre last Saturday endured 77-minutes of a mostly maddening French film called Donne-Mol La Main (Give Me Your Hand) without complaint.

As long as the camera stayed on them, all was well.

They are Alexandre Carril and Victor Carril and they played, you guessed it, twins who go on a road trip from their small French village to their estranged mother’s funeral in Spain. Along the way they get into a series of sexual escapades with people they meet and we learn that one of them is gay.

The movie is beautifully shot and the brothers are good enough actors – good enough that you don’t quite realize until the lights come up that their movie was completely unsatisfying!
