Flashback Friday: When Anderson Cooper returned to ABC’s ‘World News Now’ in 2001 to promote ‘The Mole’

Anderson Cooper was no longer a happy camper at ABC News so when the chance came to move over to ABC Entertainment and host a new reality show called The Mole, he went for it. To promote the show, he made this fun appearance on his former show ABC World News Now. After the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Anderson was ready to head back to hard news and was hired by CNN.
