Fabulous Florence Henderson reunites with TV daughter Eve Plumb at Broadway Backwards benefit

You can always expect the unexpected when it comes to the great Florence Henderson who is far more risque than Mrs. Brady ever was!

She hosted and performed several numbers Monday night at Broadway Backwards 5 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater at Lincoln Center. It was the annual benefit for Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA) and The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center.

BroadwayWorld.com has posted some photos from the event during which Miss Henderson did numbers with Eve Plumb (Jan on The Brady Bunch) and another famous TV mom: Marion Ross of Happy Days.

The show featured some of Broadway’s biggest names singing songs originally written for the opposite gender: women singing songs written for men and men singing song written for women. By keeping all of the lyrics intact, including the original pronouns, each song takes on an entirely new dimension, sometimes with hysterical results and sometimes with immensely touching results.
