Ellen planning to interview Lindsay Lohan

The last time Lindsay Lohan guested on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ellen had a bad back and had to conduct the chat lying in bed and Lindsay was not yet a lesbian – at least publicly.

Lindsay also still had a movie career then.

Ellen told Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robertson at the GLAAD Media Awards over the weekend that the troubled Mean Girls star, who just had a very public split from girlfriend Samantha Ronson, will again guest on her show.

“I’m excited. I want to hear what Lindsay has to say and [I] hope she gets back to her career,” Ellen told Shaun. “She seems to be reaching out to people lately… I hope she’s OK… she’s so talented.” Adding, “I’m going to ask her what’s going on and let her have a platform to speak.”
