Donna Mills wins Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Special Guest Performer in a Drama Series
The Daytime Emmys telecast is not until tomorrow but last night was the Creative Arts Emmys and among those presented was Outstanding Special Guest Performer in a Drama Series.
It was a three-way tie between Donna Mills, Fred Willard and Ray Wise!
But the Greg In Hollywood headline goes to Miss Mills because I’m a huge fan of this beautiful actress who won for her recurring role of Madeline Reeves on ABC’s General Hospital.
It’s been a real treat to have Miss Mills back on television in a juicy soap role since her days as Abby Ewing on the late, great Knots Landing.
Willard won for his role of John Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful and Wise for his role of Ian Ward on The Young and the Restless.
The Creative Arts Emmys were hosted by Alex Trebek and Florence Henderson.
Among the other awards presented last night went to Bobby Flay (Outstanding Culinary Host), Margot Kidder (Outstanding Performer in a Children’s or Pre-School Children’s Program), Martha Byne (Outstanding Performer in a New Approaches Drama Series), and Brandon McMillan (Outstanding Lifestyle/Travel/Children’s Series Host),

Way to go Ray Wise! He was awesome as the slimy Ian Ward on Y&R.
