Countdown to Outfest 2009: A never-before-aired episode of “Glee” will screen before panel
Outfest 2009, the 27th Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Film Festival starts on July 9 and in the days leading up to it, I’ll be posting items about what’s on tap.
Just found out that as part of a special events panel on the FOX series Glee, a never-before-broadcast of the show will be screened on July 18. Just one episode aired last spring. The network is planning to launch it as a regular series in the fall. After
The show, from Nip/Tuck creator Ryan Murphy, follows an optimistic teacher – against all odds – attempts to restore his high school’s glee club to its former glory while helping a group of underdogs realize their true star potential. Cast members participating in the panel are Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Chris Colfer and Jane Lynch as well as co-creator and writer Ian Brennan and executive producer DanteDi Loreto.
The series will return to FOX on Sept. 16.
