Celeb Instagram: Shirtless Edition!
My perfectionist never wants to post progress reports on #fitnessgoals but hey, we're all a work in progress. Currently I'm oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast, cup of veggies and chx breast for lunch & dinner, and 2 protein shakes a day. Workouts are 3 on 1 off, pull day, leg day, push day with 30 minutes cardio each day. Keeping the routine @n_morrell put me on, but being off the road now, my diet is getting much better. A lot less gut than just a month ago. I still wanna go leaner. Where are you guys at?
