Catching up with Days of Our Lives: A curious Will surprises a shirtless Paul in his hotel room

You didn’t think Will Horton’s return to Salem was going to be smooth sailing did you? How could it be with Sami Brady as his crazy mom? And with the destruction Will left behind before he ‘died’ from his questionable ethics as a reporter to his affair with Paul? These episodes have Will discovering some of the less-than-flattering things about himself. These are things that occurred while the character was being played by Guy Wilson. So to have Will process these thing while being played by Chandler Massey is fascinating. And you begin to realize what a remarkable opportunity this is for Massey to step back into the shoes of Will but because he has no memory, have the freedom to essentially play a new character. Those eyes say so much. The scenes between the three-time Emmy winner and Christopher Sean’s Paul are absolutely terrific. Days is getting great again.
