Brunch Break Video: Michael Jackson does the Moonwalk on the Motown 25 anniversary special

I’m not tired of the Michael Jackson coverage – yet! My favorite part of it is reliving his great moments onstage – and there were so many. But none match his 1983 performance on the Motown 25th anniversary television special.

I was most looking forward the the Diana Ross and the Supremes reunion which ended up being a disaster when Diana and Mary Wilson got into a catfight. So the best memory was Michael performing four hits with his brothers then telling the audience that while he liked those old songs, he really liked the new songs. Then he launched into Billie Jean and the rest, as they say, was HIStory.
