What incredible news to wake up to – '(I'm Gonna) Love Me Again' from @rocketmanmovie has been Oscar nominated for Best Original Song!! This nomination means so much to me because I’m sharing it with @bernietaupinofficial The film Rocketman celebrates the magical journey Bernie and I have shared as musical soulmates and lifelong friends. We are so thrilled, thank you to @theacademy for this honour.

2 Remarks

  1. You forget that the Academy has done thing wrong. It’s the people in each category that vote. STOP this nonsense!

  2. I am REALLY getting tired of all this instant “lack of diversity” talk. “We need one of these, two of these, etc.” Never mind favorites, best talent, etc. The ole quota system is still alive and “well”. This is being pushed in every visible aspect of our lives. There’s nothing normal any more. This is only my opinion, but I like to recognize talent and normal relations without needing to have to consider “diversity” or having it thrust at me.
