A great first week…
…don’t you think?
I’m busy attending events, writing, twittering (or is it tweeting?) and trying to promote Greg In Hollywood all over the place! If you are an Out In Hollywood reader and are just finding me here, sorry for the lack of info on my old site. I am awaiting approval from The Daily News on putting a link under my photo to let people know where I am now.
Anyway, feedback has been terrific so far and a lot of people have marveled at how we got the site up and running so fast. I’ll tell you how. Their names are Danny Sullivan, Kate Cohen, Val Cohen and Lorna Harris and I love them all dearly. To learn about how all of this came together, go to From Layoff to Kickoff in Seven Days.
Will do some light posting over the weekend so check back! I’ll be attending the Outfest Fusion event tonight and tomorrow and on Sunday, the Magic Castle Awards hosted by Neil Patrick Harris!

Greg, I loved you at the Daily News and I’m happy to see you in your own space. As a Daily News subscriber, it’s sad to see the so many of the paper’s best journalists disappear one by one. I’m afraid my love of the smell of newsprint in the morning (even though I’m an avid web 2.0-er) will be smashed by the demise of print newspapers, sooner rather than later! Anyway, enough gloom and doom, congrats and keep on writing!
